We got this whopper on Saturday. It's the biggest egg I've ever seen. It filled Logan's full hand. It was only a double yolker, I thought for sure it would have 3. We've had double yolks in the past and they weren't nearly this big. I should have weighed it.

Don't you feel sorry for the chicken that laid them when you get them that big. We had a triple yolk once it was huge. I read in my poultry magazine that the most yolks found in one egg was nine. They had to be kinda small but I still wonder if that chicken survived that one.
Ouch!!
Wow, now that's a whopper!!! Wish you had weighed it! My biggest was 2.1 oz, and it wasn't as bis as that one!!!
Wow! Looks like a duck egg. What a hen!
9 yolks! That's amazing. I do feel sorry for the chickens when I find really big ones.
Yowza! And yes - you totally should have weighed it. This is vital information for us farm girls!! lol
Love the shot of it with the other eggs in the carton.
looks like one of my turkey eggs
What an incredible egg! Poor chicken!
I feel for the chicken that laid that whopper! Wow, it sure was big!
It looks like a goose egg!
Whatever did you feed that girl?
It is a big egg. Bless that hen's poor little heart(and bottom)!
Have a great day.

Ow!
Love the color, though.
Whew! That's like a big baby...or in this case....big twins! lol!
They must have been big yolks and white, right? I would have guessed triple yolks, too.
We had a bunch of triple yolks with our first batch of hens, but none since then.
