More fun with farm names

We've decided to wait until at least June to decide on a name. That way we can experience more seasons here. So far we know that winter is foggy and windy. It will be interesting to see what other seasons are like. Come summer we may be considering Hotter Than Hell Farm as a name.

Anyway, I came up with 2 more name ideas and really enjoy making these pictures, so here are the new ones.

Mark of course doesn't like either of them. I think he is just going to end up being left out of the naming.

I like both of those names. Good thinking on waiting to experience more of the climate before naming, you'll never know what the next day will blow in. :-)

Looks like you got your blog sidebar issue resolved. Neat and orderly again, Hurray!

Oooooh! I love bluebirds! We don't have cardinals or bluebirds in UT, so I miss them.

Love your names and pics!

Cackleberry Farm is my favorite so far. Mark doesn't like it all. We may end up going with it anyway.

Love the picture of the bluebirds! Hope they like the new house you have for them. I laughed when I read Cackleberry Farm and the picture is awesome. What a cute name.

I love the cackleberry farms one! lol The bluebird one is great too but the image is a little hard to see. Maybe it's just my comp. :)

Maybe the farm will name itself?? Sort of like I do with dogs. I don't think about it too much, I just hang out with them for a few days and then their names just come to me. I always tell people I wait for the dog to tell me their name.
Look for things that stand out on the property (special spring flowers, a lone tree, pasture that turns a certain color, an old well...)

I love your picture of the blue birds. Cackleberry Farm made me laugh out loud!!! But, since I live in your neck of the woods, I'll bet no matter what the name you will still call it Hotter Than Hell come July and August.

Melody - We never got bluebirds in Delaware so it is really special having them here. We have about 8 boys that hang around and a few girls. We put up 2 bluebird houses that I hope will get used this spring.
